Return Policy

*Due to Health and Safety regulations, Comfort U Body Pillows and MAGNETIC THERAPY PILLOWS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Before returning or exchanging any returnable item, you must contact My Pillow Place first. Please do not send items to us without emailing or calling us for instructions. Items Returned without Authorization, or returned without following our return instructions, will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Items that can be returned or exchanged must be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please contact us for return instructions.

***All items that are accepted for return will be refunded as the original purchase price, less a 30% Restocking Fee.***


Items can only be returned if completely unused. Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item(s) is found to be in the original, completely salable condition with no damage, stains, pet hair, etc., the appropriate credit will be issued to the original credit card. Expanded foam capsules are not considered salable and therefore not returnable for a refund.

Exchanges will be handled as a Return and a New Purchase, and the Restocking Fee still applies.

The cost of shipping returned or exchanged items is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Items:

If your item arrives defective, please contact My Pillow Place within 5 days of delivery for instructions at or Toll Free 1-800-883-2136. We will ask you to email a photo of the defective item for our records.

Any Product purchased at My Pillow Place that arrives with a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced with an identical item at no cost to the customer. If a customer chooses to return the item or exchange the defective item for a different item, restocking and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipment Received or Missing Item:

On the rare occurence that the order you receive is not the order you placed or an item is missing, please contact My Pillow Place within 3 business days so we can get you the correct order. We will ask you to email a photo of the incorrect items so we can verify the error with the manufacturer. Once we verify the error, we will send you the correct item(s) at no cost to you. The manufacturer may issue a call tag to pick up the incorrect product. If a call tag is issued, the customer must make sure the item is returned in the condition it was received.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the products to verify the order is correct. My Pillow Place is responsible for making sure the customer receives the correct order. My Pillow Place is not responsible for additional costs incurred by any action taken by the customer once they receive and accept the order.

For Example: If after receiving the item/items you ship them outside of the United States, and then discover that there is a defect in the item/items or an incorrect item was shipped, we are not responsible for any costs or shipping charges after the items/items is delivered to the initial U.S. Address.

Item(s) Returned to Sender Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address Provided By Customer, or Customer Nonavailability:

If UPS or FedEx is unable to deliver an Item or Items to the Shipping Address provided by the customer for any reason, the customer will be refunded for the original price of the product(s) minus a 40% fee. This fee will be used to help cover the shipping costs (both ways) as well as the manufacturer’s restocking fee.

Personalized Items:

If you order an item that is personalized, (i.e. – embroidered) it is not returnable. We are not responsible if you give us an incorrect Logo.

Large Orders:

Orders for 20 or more pieces must be placed by phone and will require a separate shipping quote (does not qualify for free shipping). Orders of this size cannot be returned. Before ordering a large number of items, it is recommended that you place an order for a sample of that item to make sure that you will receive exactly what you want.

Expedited Shipping:

Orders typically ship either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. However, if you make special arrangements for expedited shipping, the cost of that shipping is not refundable. Orders are still subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Those orders will be handled as returns and are subject to the appropriate restocking fees listed above.

My Pillow Place’s return policy is designed to protect you, the customer, as well as My Pillow Place.
