Welcome to the My-Pillow-Place.com F.A.Q. Page! This will be an evolving page that we add to over time in order to answer most questions that we get from customers. Its a great place to start if you need quick answers.
1. How do I place an order at My Pillow Place?
Placing an order is easy at www.my-pillow-place.com. Simply find the product page for the item or items you would like to purchase, add the quantity in the quantity box, select the color or size of the product from the pull down menus if that product requires it, and then click the Add to Cart button. You will be taken to a shopping cart page which shows what you selected, the quantity and the cost. From there you can proceed to checkout, or click the shop button to shop some more. You can click the shopping cart icon at the top of every page to return to the shopping cart page.
2. How long will it take my order to ship?
To get a better idea of how long it will take for your order to ship, refer to the product page of the item you ordered or are interested in. Each product has the production time on the page. Once we receive your order, please allow approximately1-3 business days for us to process your purchase. Shipping time will vary based on your location in the U.S. (Products are shipped via Fed ExGround or UPS Ground.) Some items are produced on a per order basis. These items cannot be shipped until they are produced and can take up to 3 weeks before they actually ship. It will say on the individual product page if an item is produced on a per order basis. Speed of production will depend on the order volume of the manufacturer. These times may be extended during holidays and other busy periods.
3. Do you offer express shipping?
Due to the method in which FedEx and UPS determine shipping costs, as well as the size of the boxes we use, Ground is the only type of shipping we are able offer. We cannot offer express shipping on any items.
4. Do you ship outside of the 48 Contiguous States?
We currently do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
5. What forms of payment do you accept at My Pillow Place?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) at My Pillow Place and we are also a Paypal Verified Merchant.If you choose to use Paypal as your method of payment, we can only accept orders from customers who have a confirmed shipping address with Paypal. And, we can only ship to your confirmed Paypal Address.
6. I’ve placed my order, when is my credit card charged?
Credit Cards are charged once we process your order and receive confirmation that your order was received from our suppliers. If you use Paypal, your payment is rendering when you submit your order.
7. How do I track my order at My Pillow Place?
You can track your order by entering your confirmation number into our system. Once we ship your order, you can return to www.my-pillow-place.com and click the check mark icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. This will take you to a tracking page. Enter your confirmation number into the provided box that is labeled “Order Number” and click the update button.
A “track” button will appear at the bottom of the page, click that button and follow the directions from there. You will be taken to the UPS or FedEx site where you can see the progress of your shipment.
8. I’ve ordered more than one item, but only one package was delivered to me, where is the rest of my order?
If you have ordered more than one item and the entire order was not delivered at the same time, there is no need for alarm. We have different vendors that ship the products directly to you from all over the country. Although we process the entire order all at the same time, some items ship out at different times. If you have a concern about your order, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can also call our Toll Free Number at (800) 883-2136. If there is a problem with any part of your order, such as an item being out of stock, you will be contacted immediately by us.
9. Nothing happened when I entered my confirmation number on the tracking page, is something wrong?
No, nothing is wrong. If nothing happens on the tracking page, it just means your order has not shipped yet. We will ship your order very soon, so check back often to track your purchase.
10. I have a question about my order, how can I contact My Pillow Place?

11. Is it secure to make a credit card purchase online at My Pillow Place?
Absolutely. Any information given to us through the Website Ordering System is safe and secure. When you are on the order form page, the lock icon at the bottom of the internet explorer window shows that your personal information is secure. For added peace of mind, we also accept Paypal at My Pillow Place.
12. Does My Pillow Place offer any specials?
Some items are placed on sale at various times of the year. Also, customers are given the option to be added to our mailing list. If you are added to our mailing list, you will receive special discount a few times a year through an email coupon code that can be used at the checkout page. 13. How can I quickly find specific items at My Pillow Place?
There are several ways to quickly navigate www.my-pillow-place.com. You can use the side bar navigation on the left hand side of every page. Or, you can also use our site map to see a quick overview of our entire site and click the link of the product you are seaching for. 14. Is there a sales tax on items purchased at My Pillow Place?
Items shipped to Illinois are subject to an 9.00% sales tax, all other states are exempt.
15. Do you ship to military bases?
We do not currently ship to military bases at this time.
16 . Can I place an order by phone?
You can place an order by phone using our toll free number 1 (800) 883-2136. If you place an order over the phone, we will email you the details of your order and would ask that you kindly confirm that all the details are correct before we process your order.
