How long will it take to ship this item?
After you select the size, fabric, and liner (if available) options for this item and submit your order, My Pillow Place receives your order through our system.
1. Once we receive your order, we submit it to the manufacturer.

The manufacturer takes your order, manufactures it according to your selections, and then ships it to you via FedEx Ground. Please note that express or expedited shipping is not available for this item due to its size.
3. Please note, these are not stock items. This product is not made until you place your order. It is made specifically for you, and this process can take approximately between 2-3 weeks before it leaves the manufacturer. However, most items will leave the warehouse sooner than three weeks.
4. Once FedEx Ground has your shipment, it will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive at your door depending on your location in the United States. The manufacturer is located in Michigan. If you live further away (for example on the west coast), your order may take 4-5 business days to arrive after it leaves the manufacturer. Instructions for tracking your package once it ships are emailed to you after you submit an order to My Pillow Place.
Please Note:
About the manufacturer: There are certain times of the year when the manufacturer receives a larger volume of orders than normal, and your order may take longer than 3 weeks to manufacture. During the holiday season, an ordering deadline date is placed on the individual product page (and also above). This date is the manufacturer's deadline for placing an order for Christmas delivery.
About FedEx Ground: Typical shipping times for FedEx apply to normal conditions. Certain things such as severe weather may delay your shipment. Instructions for tracking your package once it has shipped are emailed to you after you submit your order.
Custom Embroidery: If you select a product that has an Option for Custom Embroidery, the Embroidery Process may add up to a week to your delivery time. Please note this when ordering a product and selecting the Embroidery Option.
