We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Items from the same order may arrive at different times depending on each product’s lead time and availability.
Products are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
Due to the oversized boxes our products ship in, Express or Expedited shipping is not available.
We are currently only able to ship products to the Contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Military Addresses, or
Alaska

Hawaii
at this time. We do not ship internationally at this time.

assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you have an apartment or suite number, be sure to include that information in your shipping address.
When using PayPal as your payment method, please make sure to use your CONFIRMED PayPal address as your shipping address because we only ship to confirmed addresses. (What is a Paypal Confirmed Address?)
Many of our products are made to order based on your size and fabric selections. These items will have the production time listed on the individual product pages. Please keep in mind that these are approximate production lead times only and do not include the actual shipping time.
